The digital platform of the Arab Food Hub Initiative announced in Abu Dhabi on January 2023 during the conference of the 54th meeting of the Higher Coordination Committee for Joint Arab Work, adopting Resolution No. 2375 of the Council of Arab Ministers of the Economy in the League of Arab States

The Federation plays a central role in the Arab Food Hub Platform. The Federation ensures the achievement of the project’s targets in coordination with the relevant authorities in the League of Arab States and Arab governments to achieve smooth work progress. The main objective of the Arab Federation for Digital Economy is to support the project in order to enable regional food security and achieve the objectives of the Arab Vision for Digital Economy.
By supporting the public sector in Arab countries, the Arab Food Hub offers many advantages to solve the complexities of trade operations. In addition, trading companies, big and small, operating in the food sector, are encouraged to join the platform for the import and export of food and agriculture products.
The platform comprises of an ecosystem of integrated logistics services, including warehousing, shipping and customs clearance, as well as customized banking solutions that meet the needs of importers and exporters to grow in global markets.
